I love being let in on these rich insights! I can identify with the desire to "unzip my skin and escape for a while." I'm going to look into hsp more. I am wondering if that is some of what my daughter deals with. I remember you sharing how that phrase would befuddle and derail you, and how neat to see the insight God has given you into your history and the impact of life's events and losses ect. The analogy of the solder is great, and encourages us to extend the same grace to ourselves on our own healing and coping journey, aware of and not punished for our own limitations. Love you. You're encouraging me to start blogging again.
